All sales are final. Because 2ndBougie offers curated, pre-owned and one-of-a-kind items, we do not accept return or exchanges for change of mind, fit, size, color preference, or other personal preferences. 

We carefully inspect our items and make every effort to accurately describe their condition, measurements, and any noticeable signs of wear.

Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and item details carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you receive the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its listing, please contact us within three days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue and the packaging when applicable.

If we determine that an item qualifies for a refund or other resolution, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
